Key responsibilities:

 Meet sales targets

• Deliver sales targets in enquiry generations, order intake

Key Performance Areas

• Cashbook management (registration of cash and bank transactions, bank accounts and cash balances, etc.
• Supervision of the financial movements and funds coming from donors to projects.
• Constantly monitor that expenses are in line with the budget approved.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Prepare the annual budget in consultation with the administrator’s & foundation head for approval by the BOT.
• Prepare Management  reports  for the  Board  of Trustees

• Enforce compliance to Health, Safety & environment policies, procedures, rules and regulations by all concerned and the same is regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited institution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Group Communications

• The Internal Communications Officer will design and lead several internal communication campaigns each year. This may include building buy-in for our Group Mission, Vision and Values; Increasing transparency on key brands, projects, people processes and programs; engaging staff on organizational culture; leading staff engagement around business change and transformation processes
• Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees
• Create core messages and materials to support those priorities, with regular editing and ghostwriting
