Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and through regular, proactive, and precise on-site communication
• Responsible for accurate and real time back reporting of work performed
• Maintain excellent relationships with the customers, the contact person and end-users on site
• Manage the site environment during service operations
• Identification of site risks, and timely communication of any such occurrences
• Identifying “unplanned” service repairs based on the equipment needs, contacting the on-site contact person, get his approval if not covered by the contract, and perform them
• Management of PAR stock levels (shelving, inventory, stock transfer) and timely issuance of replenish orders
• Submit time sheets based on the execution

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the elevator - escalator industry is a must
• Experience on KONE and non-KONE equipment skills is desirable
• Vocational Certificate/Diploma candidate from Mechanical and Electrical stream or equivalent
• Good communication skills with basic IT skills

In this role, you will drive the sales of annual recurring service contracts and modernization by converting leads into customers, improving the efficiency of the sales flow, and driving sales to achieve targets.

Requirement

• M.Sc. or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5 - 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a multinational company.

• Experience handling the full HR lifecycle processes including but not limited to talent and performance reviews, rewards management, employee engagement, and relations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized intuition i.e., TUK. JKUAT.
• Recently completed with a valid introduction letter from the learning institution.

• Commissions the lift in accordance with the agreed specification parameters

• Records any abnormalities for corrective action or inclusion in Heath & Risk Assessment for the lift/site
• Carries out the final inspection and signs the Final inspection document
• Reports the condition of the lift to the Installation Supervisor who is responsible for all the site activities.

What you will do

• Take full ownership and lead the maintenance team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of maintenance solutions;
• Represent KONE in interacting with customers and other stakeholders;
