As the ideal procurement analyst, you will support feed optimization activities for both Victory Farms Kenya and Kivu Choice, Rwanda. As the procurement analyst you will be managing a diverse footprint of over five suppliers from the region with different production capabilities. This role will focus on optimizing various components, including raw materials, logistics costs, FX effects, service levels from suppliers, and inventory levels at the fish farm.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Harvesting and Processing Operations

• Oversee day-to-day harvesting to processing operations, ensuring that processing operations are running efficiently and effectively. This includes managing the processing department staff and resources and ensuring that processing KPIs are met.
