Key Responsibilities:

• Guiding and coaching teams to follow Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
• You will facilitate team meetings, remove impediments, and ensure that the team is delivering high quality products.
• In this role, you will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet the specified requirements and are free of defects.
• You will create test plans, design, and execute test cases, and report defects to the development team.
• Use SQL to perform queries, joins, and other operations on data, and you will ensure that the data meets the specified requirements.
• Managing test cases and test suites.

Key Competencies / Skills

• Knowledgeable with Agile/Scrum Process
• Good understanding of E2E testing process 
• Intermediate SQL skills to perform queries, joins, etc.
• API Testing using tools like Postman would be good (rest/soap)
• Excellent communication, able to speak up :-)
• TestRail - tool we use to document all test cases. Nice to have.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Project Management and Quality Assurance certifications will be added advantage.
• Support clients in the US

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role. A certification in HR is an added advantage.
• HR Expertise: Knowledge of HR processes, systems, and analytics. Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal & Consulting Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You should be able to engage, advise, and influence leaders and employees at all levels.
• Passion for People: A genuine interest in developing people, driving performance, and shaping an inspiring workplace culture.
