The primary role of the Technician Cold Drink Equipment is to provide repair and maintenance of bottle coolers.

Productivity/Artisan Utilization

• Backlog(Pending work) > 5% of repair request
• Average of 4 cooler repairs per day
• Utilize 50% time on Actual repairs.(Value adding activity)

Efficiency

• Mean Time To Repair>60Hours
• Repeat repairs >2%
• Mean Time Before Failure < 2 years
• 100% RCA on repeat repairs

Cost Optimisation

• Zero cost on Assets due to negligence
• Repair cost/cooler= or >1,800 Kes
• Cost to Serve=or >PY

SHEQ & System compliance

• Achieve 100% in 3S audit in your specific Area
• 100% adherence to procedures & processes_ Zero Audit finding
• Customer complains> Zero
• Safety score-100%

Skills, Experience & Education    

Experience

• Minimum work experience of 2 years on bottle coolers.

Education

• Minimum requirement: Diploma in Refrigeration and air conditioning / Certificate in refrigeration /Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration Option).
