Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Logbook Loans Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for daily sales activities, including customer service, promoting and selling logbook loans.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales and promoting financial products
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Fluency in English and Swahili
- Experience in the microfinance industry is a plus
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
