Quality Operator

Job Summary

• Ensure standards and quality systems are followed.
• Ensure the compliance of all controls, measurements, and testing equipment. 
• Perform incoming, process and final quality control in accordance with the Quality Plan and defined Test Methods, in order to ensure compliance to the specification.
• Manage the analysis of the causes of product losses due to non-conformities.

What you will do

• Develop and establish quality procedures (OPL and SOP)
• Execute Q points control audits
• Support production processes by involving in failure analysis and suggest corrective actions
• Participate in pillar and WCM Improvement Teams’ activities 
• Apply defined test methods as per defined frequency and communicate the results of tests  
• Perform process quality audits 
• Perform internal calibration for measurement instruments.

We believe you have

• At least 3 years’ experience as quality technician
• Diploma in Quality/ Food Safety/Statistics/ Chemical function.
• Good knowledge of production processes, P2 system, Q points control and all production Barrier systems.
• Good knowledge of calibration of all standard equipment in the quality laboratory
• Good knowledge of Product safety (Food safety)
• Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM): Quality Matrices, 5C0D, RCA (Ishikava and 5Whys diagram), deployment concepts and Pareto analysis Basic knowledge of WCM methodologies: PDCA cycle, 12 steps of Kaizen
