Requirement for Appointment
For appointment to this position, a candidate MUST:

• be a Kenyan citizen;
• be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized in Kenya;
• have experience of at least three (3) years; and
• have the ability to work in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with sensitivity
• and respect for diversity.

The functions of the Board are to—

• ensure proper and efficient exercise of the powers and performance of the functions of the Corporation;
• advise the management of the Corporation generally on the exercise of the powers and the performance of the functions of the corporation;
• approve the estimates of the revenue and expenditure of the Corporation; and perform such other functions as are provided for under this Act or any other written law.
