New Product Development Manager

What you will do:

• Develop and test new product ideas and lead the implementation
• Develop MVPs -> test fast -> fail -> repeat. Until you find what works!
• Full ownership of product KPIs, understand and track unit economics 
• Identify target segments, value proposition, and pricing  
• Develop go-to-market plan
• Monitor market and competitors, and provide market insights to company’s management 
• Initiate and implement marketing campaigns incl., digital marketing 
• Lead the development of new sales channels 
• Regularly track and analyze key metrics (including the performance of sales teams, conversion rates, and turnaround times), as well, identify and implement improvements
• Identify technology improvements (e.g., app for customers or sales reps.), prepare requirements, and lead the development from the business side
