<li>Hold a PhD degree or its academic equivalent in the relevant field.</li>

<li>A Masters degree in the relevant field with atleast 3 years teaching experience as a Lecturer at university level</li>
<li>A minimum of 24 publications points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refeered journal papers.</li>
