  • Receiving and registering patients at hospital reception
  • Booking appointment for patients to specialty and consultants’ clinics
  • Storing and retrieving medical records and documents
  • Preparing clinics capturing data from service points
  • Maintaining record safely and confidentially
  • Directing patients to relevantant clinics.

Requirement for appointment

  • Certificate in Health Records and Information Technology from a recognized institution
  • Certificate in computer skills from a recognized institution.
