Roles and responsibilities

Achieving Zamara’s ambitious strategic priorities will be complex and challenging. Its continued success will be dependent on building and retaining a world-class team.

The Graduate Trainees will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Consultants, gaining insights into various business functions including pension administration, scheme consulting, actuarial services and insurance brokerage.

Experience and personal qualities

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a business related course.
  • Graduated in the last two years - 2nd Upper Class Honors & above.
  • KCSE mean grade of B & above.
  • General interest in pension schemes and pension administration.
  • Basic knowledge of KRA taxation rules and RBA regulations.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Client service oriented.
  • Confident.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Team player.
