Qualification

Education, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area of specialization from a recognized institution i.e. German Language or German Philology, Translation or Interpretation
• Minimum Three (3) years’ experience in a comparable position

Duties and responsibilities

• Planning, preparing, and teaching German language units as per the course curriculum.
• Developing learning materials and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement, and attendance.
• Creating and delivering tailored learning plans to meet individual student needs.
• Assessing student work and tracking their academic performance.
• Participating in course reviews and adapting teaching methods to meet student needs.
• Examining and marking student assessments (C.A.Ts and end-of-term exams), and uploading marks in the system.
• Supervising students during practical sessions and assessments.
