As a Finance Business Partner, you will be required to provide high-quality analytical support to improve area performance and achieve objectives, working closely with the Area Leadership Team (ALT) and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare management updates for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews, collaborating with fellow Finance Business Partners (FBPs) and Area functions.
  • Collaborate with FBPs to set targets for local Area Sales teams, ensuring timely, reliable, and accurate data.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on revenue application/cost recovery gaps or profit maximization opportunities, recommending actions to drive improvements.
  • Perform macro-economic analyses to provide demand-supply insights, benchmarking key P&L metrics for local products and services.
  • Support Area Sales teams in gaining full visibility on customer/channel performance and profitability, presenting recommendations to improve overall profitability.
  • Share and ensure local adoption of best practices across Areas, Regions, and Centre, acting as a focal point for Region and Centre standardization initiatives.
  • Provide robust data and logical assumptions to support decision-making.
  • Lead or support projects to improve area performance, collaborating with stakeholders to drive change.
  • Build strong relationships with the Area Leadership Team, Sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve visibility and efficiency, proposing solutions through data analysis and business acumen.
  • Drive results-oriented initiatives, inspiring others to strive higher and influencing decision-making without authority.
  • Effectively communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Who we are looking for

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance or economics.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a business partnering environment.
  • Experience in Sales, Product, Pricing, or Business Development is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to initiate business improvement projects, influence without authority, and confidently impact decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to manage complex tasks, think critically, and drive effective initiatives.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with relationship-building skills, and an ability to navigate complex situations and address performance concerns in a constructive manner.
