Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Supervise and lead both clinical and non-clinical teams within the care team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, productivity, and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with HR to create and execute recruitment strategies for hiring top healthcare professionals.
  • Identify operational and staffing needs based on patient demand and service requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, onboard new team members, and oversee comprehensive training programs.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to review performance metrics, address challenges, and set team goals.

Leadership Management:

  • Manage and support team leads within each core discipline.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team leads to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Optimize care team operations to ensure efficient workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Product Development, Analytics, Customer Operations, Admin, and Finance to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.

Member Experience:

  • Monitor and evaluate member satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Care Team Lead and other stakeholders to implement initiatives that enhance the patient experience and drive patient retention.
  • Lead initiatives to elevate the overall experience of Antara members.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify, report, and resolve incidents promptly.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track team and individual performance.
  • Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive operational excellence.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase service uptake among target patient populations.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and market expansion to increase regional presence and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to promote services and attract new patients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in an operational management position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in healthcare operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
