DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
• Use ovens and baking tools to prepare different types of bread and pastries
• In-depth expertise in the techniques of bread, cake and pastries production.
• To ensure minimal wastage in production and that all wastages are promptly reported
• Ensure that standards of hygiene, health and safety are maintained in the work area.
• Cooperate with others to promote teamwork and synergy for greater productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in Pastry/Bakery
• Minimum one-year experience
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Cooperate with others to promote teamwork and synergy for greater productivity
