• Excellent academic records
• Completed module I, II & III of KNEC examinations successfully.(Provide transcript where Certificate has not been collected)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

TERMS AND CONDITION OF THE INTERNSHIP

• The internship Program will run for six months
• Interns will receive stipends of Ksh15, 000.00 per month  subject to statutory deductions.
• Accommodation and meals provided
• Possibility of absorption into the job based on their performance during the period

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and assemble products using Perspex according to specifications and design plans
• Utilize various tools and machinery, such as saws, drills, and routers, to cut and shape Perspex materials accurately.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Make adjustments as necessary.
• Join Perspex pieces using appropriate techniques and adhesives, ensuring strong and durable bonds
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment regularly. Report any maintenance issues promptly.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Technical training in Mechanical Production ,Arc and Mig fabrication or related fields;
• Attention to Detail.
• Efficient in managing time to meet project deadlines
• Commitment to following safety protocols and regulations
• Relevant certifications in fabrication or machining may be beneficial.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring that electrical related works are carried out properly while observing high quality standards.
• Overseeing the implementation of the preventive schedule and troubleshooting.
• Planning and managing stock of spare parts and factory consumables.
• Routine review of breakdowns and repairs.
• Supporting planning of installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Providing technical support to the Workshop team and Road Track Solutions in service of equipment and repairs
• Reporting on any matter in relation to electrical works.
• Inspection of electrical materials and machines supplied to stores.
• Training of new technical staff (technicians).
• Adhering to all safety regulations when carrying out duties.
• Any other official duties allocated to you by your Line Manager.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical and electronics Engineering or maintenance related course
• Training in machine maintenance with at least one year of experience in machine maintenance
• A solid understanding of machine operations.
• Proven ability to make complex and time-sensitive decisions in the best interests of the.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate machinery according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Perform all carpentry and wood works in the factory as per customer’s specification
• Create quality wood works;
• Creative with innovative ideas in the wood works department
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
• Report any major issues to maintenance personnel.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Certificate in CNC Machinery
• Training in Carpentry woodworks or equivalent.
• Previous experience, minimum 1 year as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for checking and verifying artworks to be engraved or routed.
• You shall ensure any requests are for the right materials required for each project.
• You will work in ensuring proper use and maintenance of the router machine.
• You are responsible for producing and maintaining high quality work.
• It requires observing and adhering to clients’ timelines.
• You will monitor machine operations and ensure a smooth flow of jobs.
• You will record all jobs done on the router machine.
• You must adhere to all safety measures regarding use of machines and tools.
• You will ensure high quality of finished products.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a router machine operator.
• TVET/Technical Diploma Course in machine operation.
• Conversant with computer skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Receive and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring the safe handling of goods.
• Stamping control lists of controlled invoices and delivery notes for suppliers and those to be delivered to head office for payment
• Filing of receiving documents, supplier health trade license for those transporting fresh food,
• Inspecting products for any signs of damage, verifying expiration dates, and assessing overall quality to confirm compliance with established standards..
• Counting and cross-checking the quantity of each item received against the delivery documents.
• Register received goods in the inventory system, meticulously noting details such as product code, quantity, and delivery date.
• Properly rotating stock on shelves, placing items with earlier expiry dates in front.
• Storing received goods in specific locations within the warehouse or assigned storage rooms according to their product type and classification.
• Reporting and addressing any discrepancies between delivery and purchase order, communicating with suppliers to resolve issues
• Applying price tags and labels to received products as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum one-year experience
• Proficiency in using inventory management software or databases
• Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and inspection tasks
• Strong organizational skills for efficient storage solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
• Use ovens and baking tools to prepare different types of bread and pastries
• In-depth expertise in the techniques of bread, cake and pastries production.
• To ensure minimal wastage in production and that all wastages are promptly reported
• Ensure that standards of hygiene, health and safety are maintained in the work area.
• Cooperate with others to promote teamwork and synergy for greater productivity.
