• As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for designing and assembling high-quality marketing proposals using Adobe InDesign templates. This role requires strong graphic design skills, proficiency in data management with Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work effectively within cloud-based systems like ClickUp and Dropbox. You’ll be part of a back-office team working during US EST shift hours to meet client demands.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, and presentations, based on pre-existing Adobe InDesign templates.
• Customize and enhance proposals to align with branding guidelines and specific requirements.
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage, search, and manipulate data relevant to the marketing proposals.
• Navigate multiple cloud-based tools such as ClickUp (for task management) and Dropbox (for file management) to coordinate and track work assignments.
• Maintain a consistent level of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Key competencies/skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Guiding and coaching teams to follow Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
• You will facilitate team meetings, remove impediments, and ensure that the team is delivering high quality products.
• In this role, you will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet the specified requirements and are free of defects.
• You will create test plans, design, and execute test cases, and report defects to the development team.
• Use SQL to perform queries, joins, and other operations on data, and you will ensure that the data meets the specified requirements.

Key responsibilities:     

• Perform basic Salesforce administration tasks, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
