JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Grow a healthy loan portfolio by developing an excellent and complete understanding of the company products and services
• Develop a base for long-term sources of clients through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face, cold calling on business owners/decision-makers, emails and networking to manage and grow the loan portfolio.
• Monitor, analyze and review customer retention data and use findings to improve prospect targeting and conversion to customers.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding applications for credit and credit transactions.
• Generate customer feedback on loan applications.
• Undertake business and home visits to validate applications.
• Undertake timely valuation renewals after contract expiry.
• Prepare and submit timely reports and information for decision making.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Related Course from a recognized institution
• At least 3 years working experience in a credit-related role in the financial industry
• Professional Banking qualification will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in ICT with strong MS Office and internet ability

1. Provide sound leadership, supervision and management of the staff through appropriate performance management, appraisals, training, mentoring and coaching.
2. Oversee the performance, training, mentoring and coaching of staff assigned.
3. Ensure compliance to legislation, agreements with clients, highest standards of operational efficiency and quality of service to clients.
4. Study and define market needs in line with the strategic plans.
5. Develop the annual business targets, business plans and sales strategies for the different markets and ensure their achievement.
6. Develop strategies for the Company’s revenue generation and growth of income streams.
7. Develop beneficial partnerships with relevant institutions and clients
8. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
9. Undertake competitor and market analysis for enhancement of unique selling propositions and differentiators.
10. Prepare and submit reports as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Provide IT related support and guidance to staff, including support on backing up and restoring/recovery of files and information.
• Assist in analysis of departmental data and reports generation
• Provide support in the upgrade of Information Systems
• Conduct IT equipment’s audit
• Conduct IT maintenance activities using an established IT
• Ensure network enhancement and reliability, as well as network
• Assist in ensuring smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure including servers, network connections and office mail.
• Liaise with the internet provider to assure internet availability at all times
• Ensure preventive maintenance of hardware and
• Ensure timely address of users’ needs and network
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor’s degree in ICT or Computer Science from a recognized institution
2. Certification in CISCO, knowledge in Microsoft SQL Database, knowledge in window server services and active directory, knowledge in computer systems, security, network and system administration, data storage systems and phone system
3. At least 1 years relevant working
4. Prior experience in working with ERP MS Dynamics required for the role.
5. Multitasking ability and prioritization
6. Good communication skills and customer service oriented
