Key Responsibilities; -

• Provide technical support for existing Agency, Mobiloan, Internet Banking, Mobi, C2B, MTS, Channel Manager systems (herein later referred to as Digital Channels) and implementation of related projects. 
• Delivering business solutions by ensuring that they are well tested and are rolled out in a manner that does not adversely affect business processes. 
• Work closely with IT Security to ensure that the Digital Channels money transfer services are well secured and in implementing SSL and other encryption certificates for ensuring robust and secure Digital Channels services 
• Roll out of business solutions, ensuring that they are well tested and are rolled out in a manner that does not adversely affect business processes, and providing processes and training to the users. 
• Recommend and implement upgrades or changes to the Digital Channels solutions for performance, security or business benefits 
• Provide first level IT training and support to users in addition to keeping track of user issues and oversee their prompt resolution. Develop subject matter expert knowledge of Mobile, digital Commerce and other payment banking technologies 
• Continuously analyze user requirements to develop and provide solutions 
• Enhance and develop new channels for delivering services to customers 
• Maintain and manage up to date system configurations and user documentation, also develop Business Continuity plans for both mobile channel solutions. 
• Ensure compliance of SLAs with system vendors. 

The Person

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in  IT/CS/Mathematics. 
• Professional qualification/Certification in ITIL,Linux Oracle Database administration is an added advantage.
• Master’s degree in any computer or business related, Project Management is an added advantage.
• 3 years’ work experience in the same or related role, with at least:
• 2 years’ experience in Digital Channels (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Agency Banking) administration.
• 2 years’ experience in Linux Server Administration. 
• 1-year experience in IT Projects and Business analysis. 
• 1-year experience in Change Management is an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Conduct regular penetration tests and vulnerability assessments on networks, web applications, and other critical infrastructure.
• Develop, implement, and manage penetration testing schedules to identify, classify, report, and prioritize remediation of security vulnerabilities across the Group resulting in timely and effective security assessments.
• Use a variety of tools and techniques to simulate attacks on systems and uncover vulnerabilities.
• Develop and deliver reports on the status and effectiveness of the security testing program to internal leadership and all relevant stakeholders.
• Perform in-depth analysis of penetration testing results and create reports that describe findings, exploitation procedures, risks, and recommendations.
• Provide technical VAPT related support to projects in a bid to ensure compliance to technical security policies and standards. Execute penetration testing projects using the established methodology, tools, and rules of engagements.
• Develop, research, and maintain proficiency in tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer and network vulnerabilities, data hiding, and encryption.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

• This role will manage the bank’s production, UAT and DR server environments, propose improvements to the existing infrastructure with the objective of achieving optimal performance. The role supports branches and all internal customers through provision of timely support, resolutions and advise to the users, in liaison with the Service delivery team, within the agreed SLAs and industry standards.
• Responsible for active Directory Services Infrastructure architect/design/support. Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units. 
• Responsible for management of Application Control; use application control (Microsoft's AppLocker or other commercial tool) on AD server domain controllers. Ensure the policy is compliant to allow for eligible applications among other related controls. 
• Plan and implement ICT Hardware systems as part of the Bank’s Business Continuity Management 
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, guidelines, standards and relevant regulatory requirements. 
• Fast track audit, risk register issues or any other control issues and ensuring the gaps are closed. 
• Provide 1st level IT support for branches and business units for all NBK business Server Hardware infrastructure within the SLAs. 
• Provide user support across all the branches and locations in a manner that supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management and provision of advice on AML/CFT/CPF matters in assigned Region and Business Units and MIS reporting. 
• To identify, follow-up and ensure closure of issues and cases related to AML/CFT/CPF cases including regulatory requests for information. 
• Provide KYC guidance and direction to resolve enhanced due diligence queries. Provide AML policies guidance on operational matters to Branches and Business units on high risk and escalated cases.
