Job Overview

• Perform monitoring and site management work to ensure that sites are conducting the study(ies) and reporting study data as required by the study protocol, applicable regulations and guidelines, and sponsor requirements.

Essential Functions

• Perform site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits) in accordance with contracted scope of work and Good Clinical Practice.
• Work with sites to adapt, drive, and track subject recruitment plan in line with project needs to enhance predictability.
• Administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites and establish regular lines of communication with sites to manage ongoing project expectations and issues.

• Create and maintain appropriate documentation regarding site management, monitoring visit findings and action plans by submitting regular visit reports, generating follow-up letters and other required study documentation.
• Collaborate and liaise with study team members for project execution support as appropriate.
• If applicable, may be accountable for supporting development of project subject recruitment plan on a per site basis.
• If applicable, may be accountable for site financial management according to executed clinical trial agreement and retrieve invoices according to local requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Degree in scientific discipline or health care preferred.

• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Job Overview

• Perform daily administrative activities, in conjunction with the Clinical Research Associates and Regulatory and Start-Up teams, to ensure a complete and accurate Trial Master File delivery.

Essential Functions

• Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Regulatory and Start-Up (RSU) team with accurately updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems (e.g., Trial Master File (TMF)) that track site compliance and performance within project timelines.
• Assist the clinical team with the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with periodic review of study files for completeness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts in-depth and informative expert detailing sessions with HCPs to effectively present our client’s brands, clinical data, therapeutic benefits, and unique selling points. Recruits experts to our client’s digital channels to enable value added services through digital communication (e-consent approvals, HHP registrations etc.) Utilizes a variety of engagement channels, including face-to-face calls, remote calls, Veeva emails, webinars, and online/offline resources, to interact with HCPs and drive meaningful engagement.
• Guides HCPs in accessing and effectively utilizing available resources for patient communications and actions on the HHP. Motivates HCPs to participate in self-learning medical modules for Continuous Medical Education (CME) to enhance their knowledge about our client’s brands.

The ideal candidate will drive expert recommendation on key brands through the effective selling, detailing, and merchandising of our client’s brands to all relevant HCPs (Pharmacists, Pharmacy assistants, Front shop assistants, Clinic sisters and other as may be determined from time to time) in-line with our client’s relevant Policy & Procedures and local regulatory & ethical code guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell the client’s pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, achieving sales targets and objectives.

The Site Monitor Educator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of site monitors to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and company standards. The Site Monitor Educator will act as a liaison between the clinical trial sites and the sponsor, providing guidance and support to site monitors and ensuring the integrity and quality of the data collected.

Role Type: 6-month contract with a phased-work schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Supervision:

• Ensure that site monitors adhere to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
• Coordinate and oversee site monitoring activities to ensure timely and accurate data collection.

Site Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial sites.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
