Apollo Agriculture is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regional Inventory Officer to oversee inventory management operations at both agrodealer and warehouse levels. As a Regional Inventory Officer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that Apollo's assets are safeguarded through accurate stock management and the maintenance of data integrity.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any inventory issues and provide continuous and timely updates on discrepancies and other arising issues to the Risk and Loss Control Manager. • Experience in cycle counting and stock audits.

Key responsibilities:

About the Role

Apollo is seeking a Field Sales Manager based in, or willing to relocate to the rural area of their assigned wards, to own the management and support of field officers (FOs). This role will be responsible for sales performance management, and  training and development of field officers in the assigned  wards, with the aim of ensuring the FOs hit their individual targets, therefore supporting the company to hit our overall commercial goals. This role will work closely with the FO team both in classroom settings and in active field settings to identify any challenges, spot opportunities for growth and ensure the field officers consistently excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

• Sales ownership. Own the achievement of our target number of farmers we need in the assigned wards and drive growth with this as the main metric.
• Field officers performance management. Evaluating field officers (FO) cohort output to determine performance health, ensuring targets are met around metrics like number of active field officers, FO productivity etc. Identifying different sales performance levels in the team and implementing different measures to support them to succeed e.g. rewarding and recognizing high performance, providing one-on-one coaching etc., 
• Sales activations. Identify and execute high impact sales activations that will drive sales performance e.g. van roadshows, market activations, farmer group activations etc
• Sales budget. Own and manage the sales budget for the assigned wards to ensure adherence to budgets, cost effectiveness and optimized utilization. 
• Field Officers Training. Training new FOs, and providing continuous training to the team through bi-weekly meetings. This will also include providing and managing tools of trade such as company-issued phones, marketing collateral etc. Ensure strong communication to and from FOs. 
• Insights collection and dissemination. Share bi-weekly reports to identify key insights from time spent with customers and field officers to share and implement with the wider team e.g. best practices leveraged by high performing agents, feedback from customers on their Apollo experience etc. 

Requirements

• Have 2+ years experience in sales and marketing in the rural environment, ideally with a focus on supporting and facilitating sales teams to succeed 
• Excellent communicator with well developed interpersonal skills to relate with, guide and motivate field  agents, and deliver continuous training throughout the duration of seasons
• Have an understanding of field agent sales performance metrics and how to influence their outcome by working directly with agents to encourage or correct Sales approaches
• Have the drive to understand and build relationships with customers in your region, collecting insights and feedback that will drive sales strategy and agent training 
• Highly organized with strong execution, prioritization and collaboration skills.

Additionally, you will be responsible for enforcing the company's Fraud Policy, ensuring compliance, and supporting the loan recovery process.

Reporting Lines: This role reports to the Fraud Operations Senior Associate

Responsibilities:

• Investigating potentially fraudulent applications
• Utilizing CMS and AFIT for investigations, while documenting findings
• Scrutinizing administrative reviews involving subjective judgments based on company policies and guidelines
• Addressing performance flags for field agents and resolving related issues
• Providing incriminating evidence for agent deactivation advocacy

Apollo Agriculture is seeking driven Data Verification Agents. As a Data Verification Agent, you will be a critical part of ensuring a successful customer journey. Your key responsibilities will include transcribing accurate data submitted by Field Agents, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of data verification procedures, and consistently achieving approval Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for providing first-level resolutions to verification questions, ensuring 100% accuracy in data verification, and effectively communicating with supervisors to address issues and escalate priority matters. Additionally, you will document interactions, identify process gaps, and contribute to process improvements while preparing detailed reports on issues and suggesting solutions.

Reporting Lines: This role reports to the Data Verification Associate

Responsibilities:

• Transcribing the correct data as submitted by Field Agents
• Keeping abreast of Data verification updates and attending meetings, refresher training as required.
• Keeping Verification skills sharp by consistently hitting the approval  KPIs.
• Ability to offer first-level resolutions in answering the questions to verifications to ensure that data submitted is well aligned and minimize escalations.
• Verify with high accuracy (100%), data received from the Field Agents.
• Communicating with the supervisor when there are issues and giving frequent feedback on the verification process.
• Identify and escalate priority issues that need to be handled at a different level, and do the necessary follow-up with the Supervisor.
• Accurately document all agent interaction information according to standard operating procedures as the Company shall detail to you from time to time.
• Ensure high-quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines as well as identify customer service process gaps and recommend improvement in procedures.
• Preparing detailed reports highlighting issues affecting the data verification process, suggesting solutions and improvements to enhance our processes.

• Proactively identify and take ownership of key HR Operations across all Apollo entities

KEY PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actuarial Valuation: Validating data and performing actuarial valuation, including setting up valuation models and estimating actuarial liabilities (UPR, OCR, IBNR, IBNER, DAC, UARR, ULAE, etc.) to ensure that the company's financial statements are accurate and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Insurance Contract Pricing: Reviewing pricing of insurance contracts/products and developing pricing calculators to ensure that they are priced competitively and meet business objectives.
• Product Performance Review: Assessing sales volumes, claims experience, expenses, and distribution setup to identify areas for improvement and ensure that products are meeting business objectives.
• Product Development: Conducting research, developing pricing models, conducting profit testing, and other actuarial modeling/testing to ensure that products are priced appropriately and are profitable.
• Risk-Based Capital Modeling: Computing risk-based capital on a monthly basis and advising management accordingly to ensure that the company has adequate capital to support its operations.
• External Actuary Liaison: Liaising with external actuaries and providing them with the necessary information, documents, and records to execute their work in a timely manner. Working with external actuaries to provide value-adding reports to the business.
• Management Reporting: Supporting the preparation of monthly management reports.
• Annual Financial Statements and Board Papers: Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements, board papers, annual budgets, and other strategic plans.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in either Actuarial Science, or Data Science, or Statistics, or Computer Science, or any other related field.

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Good programming skills: Oracle BI/Python/R/C++/Power BI.
• Good knowledge of regional financial and insurance regulatory requirements.
