- This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at Platinum Credit Limited located in Kitale. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees, setting goals, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and ensuring team productivity. They will also be responsible for reporting to upper management and fostering a positive work environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to set and achieve team goals
- Experience in the finance or microfinance industry
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role
