STORE KEEPER

Sheffield Steel Systems Limited is a registered company specializing in the provision of Kitchen and Laundry Solutions. We are located off Mombasa road near SGR Syokimau railway station.

Our services entail Concept Design, Customized Solutions, Fabrications, Supplies, and Spares and after Sales Services. Sheffield provides a one stop shop solution for setting up and equipping a wide range of food and beverage facilities including Kitchens, Restaurants, Bar and Coffee Shops.

We seek to hire a Stores Keeper who will be tasked with the following responsibilities

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Timely ordering of materials based on set stock levels.
2. Receive materials ordered and ensure they conform to L.P.O. i.e. correct specifications, quantity, quality and prices.
3. Keep proper records of receipts and issues.
4. Issue out materials to customers against authorized documents.
5. Maintain proper housekeeping.
6. Maintain stock levels for materials and regularly updating the levels on SAP and stock cards/registers.
7. Carry out regular stock taking and reconciliation of the same.
8. Ensure safety and security of materials in the store.
9. Provide regular reports.
10. Tool management and maintenance of tool stock i.e monthly audits
11. Communication of re-order status on regular basis.
12. Any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving skills.
2. Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position.
3. Experience working in a fast paced work environment.
4. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
5. Exhibits high proficiency computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Education: Diploma in Procurement and Supplies or related field.

Work Location: Nairobi
