Shop Attendant (2 positions)

Are you passionate about everything skincare? We are looking to hire a hard-working, customer-oriented shop assistant to ensure the smooth running of in-store retail operations.

The shop assistant’s responsibilities include welcoming customers to our shop, monitoring customer activities, arranging product displays accordingly, and processing customer payments.

Most importantly, you should also be able to identify customers' needs and recommend suitable shop items that best satisfy their needs. The successful candidate should be an exceptional communicator and customer friendly while maintaining high professional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving, processing, and organizing stock and deliveries accordingly.
• Monitoring and managing inventory.
• Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
• Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
• Maintaining a clean environment in and around the stores.
• Addressing and resolving customers' complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Processing customer payments.
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be ready to start immediately.
• Proven sales and marketing experience.
• The ability to use payment equipment as well as a custom Point of Sale (POS).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.
