The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing our sales opportunities, creating sales strategies, and presenting those plans to management. Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand customer base and build company's reputation.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Setting and tracking individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Building strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.'
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Excellent customer relationship management.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Ability to lead a sales team.
