Sales Associate

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate with a passion for beauty and a strong focus on customer service. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling makeup and skincare products, guiding customers with product purchase inquiries and recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
• Advise customers on product selection and provide information on the benefits and uses of products according to their needs.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs by upselling and cross-selling products to customers.
• Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience.
• Perform daily stock management duties, including receiving and replenishing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and techniques, and participate in training and education programs to enhance product knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular contact through follow-up calls, emails, and thank-you notes.
• Assist with visual merchandising and promotional activities to create an engaging and welcoming environment for customers.
• Accepting and processing orders, operating the POS register and resolving purchase issues.
• Promoting special sales and offers on products and services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent sales and communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Knowledge of makeup and skincare products and beauty trends.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• A friendly and lively personality with a customer service focus.
• Maintain a professional outlook.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
