What to expect:

• Translate business needs to commercially driven HR action plans and lead the delivery of people initiatives in performance management, talent development and compensation consistency in the operating unit (OU) through the business leadership team.

Essential qualifications, experience and skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, or equivalent.
• 5-8 years’ experience within Human Resources in a mid-size to large multi-country, matrix organization, including 2 years or more heading HR services at a regional level.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRMS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
• Knowledge of HR programs, processes, local labor regulation and their application to complex organizational issues.
• Knowledge of organizational concepts, including team management, organizational design, resource utilization and workforce planning.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical/ consumers goods/ healthcare-adjacent setting is highly preferred.
• Strong personal credibility and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and staff alike.

•  The successful candidate in this role willbe involved in supporting daily financial activities, preparing management accounts reports and ensuring accurate journal entries and reconciliations.

What to expect

• Financial Support and Reporting - Assist the Senior Finance Executive with daily financial activities and prepare management accounts schedules.
• Journal Entries and Reconciliation -Perform daily journal entries, cash and bank reconciliations, and analyze customer receipts for accuracy.
• Accounts Management - Reconcile customer accounts and review accounts payable to ensure timely vendor payments in accordance with agreements.

Duties will include the following:

• Maintain a healthy stakeholder relationship i.e  healthcare professionals and Pharmacies.
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
• Work with sales leadership team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure that our quality, affordable products and available to the consumers.
• Liaise with and persuade targeted Pharmacies to sell our products utilizing effective selling skills whilst realizing ROI.
