Your Role

• Supports execution of workshops and user trainings for a sustainable maintenance of know how
• Monitors master data quality and consistency and coordinates required adaptations with the responsible functions

Your Role

• Facility Management: The responsibilities include overseeing contract management for cleaning and hygiene, ensuring compliance with Henkel Corporate standards, defining, and adhering to KPIs and SLAs, and establishing templates for vendor reviews and obligations.
• Canteen Management.
• Fleet Management: Alignment and implementation of Mobility policy regarding company cars and fuel cards as well as managing both private and commercial Henkel vehicles.
• Health: This involves various aspects, including Health KPIs, liaising for health reporting, supporting OSHA legislation compliance, managing medical insurance renewals, wellness programs, implementing global health campaigns, and running regional wellness programs.
• Safety: Tasks include supporting the SHE Department for compliance, reporting safety KPIs, supervising canteen safety standards, participating in the SHE committee, conducting safety drills and inspections, and ensuring traveler alignment with corporate security guidelines.
• Security: Tasks involve monitoring country risks using Factal and International SOS, reviewing and recommending secure hotels for colleagues traveling, and ensuring compliance with corporate security guidelines. Updating Gate logs & Laptop register & Key management.

Your Role

• The Financial Reporting Accountant is responsible for both internal and external reporting for Henkel Kenya and thereby ensures overall accuracy with all relevant reporting requirements and adheres to Henkel's policies and procedures, especially the Corporate Standard of Accounting (CSA).
• Prepares internal and external reporting in line with the relevant accounting standards and as per Henkel requirements in terms of quality and deadlines.
• Prepares the annual financial statements in line with local statutory requirements and supports the coordination for the external year-end audit.
• Acts as a business partner for Henkel's business units and functions and advisor to the local finance organization for accounting related questions.
• Ensures execution of Accounting related internal controls and actively reviews and proposes changes to existing Accounting processes and policies.
• Supports projects impacting general accounting, especially in the area of digitalization (system migrations, enhancements, etc.).
• Implements new local accounting requirements.
• Supports the preparation, review, and timely submission of tax reports and returns in liaison with tax advisors.

Your Role

• The General Accounting Assistant contributes to the financial integrity of Henkel Kenya by maintaining accurate financial records, performing balance sheet and bank reconciliations, posting accounting journals and supplier invoices. The role is also responsible to execute the end-to-end travel & expense and fixed asset accounting process in line with the relevant policies and procedures.
• Checks balance statements and other information provided by financial institutions.
• Prepares bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Posting of supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner with the relevant documentation in the local system.
• Processing and reconciliation of petty cash transaction. Maintains fixed assets register for monthly depreciation, asset addition, creation and disposal.
• Maintains accurate financial records, records financial transactions and posts entries to general ledger, including maintenance of journal register.
• Executes T&E and corporate credit card process in line with the relevant corporate standards and external regulations.
• Focuses on the standardization of the process & tools.
• Collects, compiles, verifies and analyzes financial information and prepares financial reports and accounting statements

YOUR SKILLS
