The Role

As a Marketing Intern at Ilara Health, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, playing a pivotal role in expanding access to quality healthcare across Africa. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of healthcare marketing, contributing directly to our mission-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage compelling content for our digital and social media platforms, driving engagement and brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, collaborating closely with the marketing team to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Monitor online reviews and social media interactions, promptly addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Design visually appealing and informative marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Curate user-generated content and customer testimonials to showcase the impact of our products and services.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and assignments related to marketing projects as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with content creation, graphic design, or video editing tools is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
