The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to shape Ilara Healths strategy and vision. We are looking for an analytical mind with a strategic focus to support our growing use of data and analytics in driving operational and commercial strategy. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, developing functional specifications, and analyzing data to recommend solutions that improve efficiency and support business goals. The ideal candidate will thrive in navigating complex data and ambiguity, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be proactive in driving initiatives. This role requires the ability to collaborate across departments, manage relationships with stakeholders, and support project management activities to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, updating and maintaining departmental dashboards, ensuring data shown in the dashboards:
    • is accurate, relevant and complete - the data to be relied on by the company as the true source of truth.
    • is relevant to the departmental goals and objectives.
  • Developing views for operational and strategic reporting across all departments.
  • Identifying opportunities for additional data-driven decision making and build new processes from scratch.
  • Field requests from the senior management for analysis and be prepared to solve ad-hoc problems.
  • Supporting the team in optimizing operations through the use of data for better operational insights and efficiency in processes and identifying opportunities for additional data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a business strategy and/or analytics role.
  • Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Power BI or other systems.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Excel, SQL and Google Sheets.
