Job Description

• Develop and implement a creative vision that aligns with the company's goals and objectives working together with Marketing executive and Engineering team
• Lead the creative direction of projects, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep the company’s creative approach fresh and competitive.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final implementation.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design outputs.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how specific features work and look like.
• Design and update the company website, including regular content updates taking content guidance from Marketing executives.
• Design creative designs for social media content and email marketing.
• Design impactful product pitch decks and presentations to support the sales team and update them when required.
• Shoot and edit video content per the marketing content calendar.
• Design company art works for various design works as required, including coordinating printing and delivery of such art works.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback on the user experience of various applications.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards in the company.

Requirements

• Strong Portfolio of compelling design projects.
• Strong Portfolio/ experience of marketing content designs, presentations and online campaigns.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Figma, Canva).
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop InDesign, etc.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager role to assist in managing technical resources, allocate responsibilities and ensure that engineering tasks are completed to specification within an established timeframe and budget. To excel in this role, you should have high coordination and planning skills coupled with excellent communication.

• High-level documentation of new features to ensure requirements are well documented and understood.
• Coordinate new feature implementation by translating requirements into specific tasks. 
• Documenting tasks on Jira and allocating tasks to the engineering team in coordination with the Engineering Lead and maintaining constant follow-through to ensure successful implementation and deployment.
• Play the role of scrum master and oversee the scrum process while creating a framework in which every team member can do their best work to meet a common goal.
• Follow up with implementation leads on the tasks status of various projects to ensure all tasks are completed on time without fail.
• Provide feedback and reports to the stakeholders on the status of the various projects and improve the project's implementation process.

Requirements

• At Least 2 years experience in implementing software projects or product management.

Role Description

The engineer will be responsible for ensuring the security of applications and data, implementing security measures, performing security assessments, and responding to security incidents.
